三、产品特性Product Features
整机由料架部分，上鼻线部分，外形熔接部分，折叠成型，外形切刀部分，焊接耳带部分，成品输出组成，采用伺服电机，超声波焊接技术完成生产。
The whole machine is composed of the material rack part, the upper nose line part, the shape welding part, the folding forming, the shape cutter part, the welding ear belt part, and the finished product output. The servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology are used to complete the production.
1.料架部分：自动送料，刹车配合控制器，保证材料张力。

2.鼻梁条部分：采用调速电机控制自动输送鼻梁条配合齿模超声波焊接

八、其他要求other requirements
1.本设备验收标准：设备组装调试完成前一周供方通知需方准备好生产物料，按技术要求进行验收，验收合格，需方自提发货；
The acceptance standard of the equipment: one week before the completion of the equipment assembly and debugging, the supplier shall notify the buyer to prepare the production materials, carry out the acceptance according to the technical requirements, and the buyer shall deliver the products by itself.
2．设备验收由供需双方指定技术人员进行参与并签署验收报告；

九、安装调试和培训 Installation, debugging and training
由供方技术人员负责远程指导需方人员进行安装，调试；调试用料由需方提供；
The supplier's technicians are responsible for the remote guidance of the buyer's personnel for installation and debugging; The commissioning materials shall be provided by the buyer.
十、质量保证和售后服务 Quality assurance and after-sales service
1．设备的保修期限为半年（非正常使用造成损坏及耗材除外；超声波控制器保修1个月）；

2.接到设备品质异常，供需双方协商解决；

3． 保修期满后，供方对设备的维修收取人工和交通等费用，涉及设备相关配件的更换或购买，供方仅收取成本费用。
